Hi guys,

I pass by the SMED building every day on my way to work. FWIW, nice looking structure in the middle of a fairly ugly industrial area. I'm interested in following this company as well as two Calgary real estate developers Carma (T-CVP.A) and APEX (T-AXD.A). It looks like all three of these companies' stock prices are suffering from the slow down in economic development in Calgary due to low oil prices.

Does anybody know much how SMED's revenues and margins are dependent on sales to the Calgary market? Given that the plant is in this city, it would make sense that margins are maximized when product is sold for use in this city, due to lower transportation costs.

Bill.
