The next dividend payment is 2-15-99.

If this dividend is passed, I belive that the STO-E shareholders get two seats on the Stone Board which is a sub of SSCC. The STO-E shareholders do not get two seats on the SSCC Board.

Of course two Board Seats is not what we need. What we need is all the back dividend payments.
