During the third quarter and to date, the Company's significant events were as follows:

The Company is currently seeking financing in order to continue its business in the junior exploration industry.

There were no shares issued during this period and consequently no disclosure for differences between actual use of proceeds and intended use of proceeds.

There were no investor relations activities undertaken during the period.

The company received shareholder approval for the consolidation of its shares on a one common share for thirty common share basis. This consolidation is subject to regulatory approval.
