It's strange, I always thought that Monster.com was the clear #1, but according to Alexa.com, HotJobs is #513 most trafficked site on the web, and Monster.com is #1550. HotJobs is clearly leading. I don't quite get it because I've heard that Monster is #1. But, nonetheless, HotJobs could be big. I agree.
