ST Systems Announces Top Management Changes
Vancouver, B.C.-- February 21, 2000
The Board of Directors of ST Systems Corp. (CDNX: SYT), a leading manufacturer and marketer of restaurant Point-Of-Sale systems, announced today that David G. Whiteside, President of ST Systems and Sable Technologies Inc., and Adrian C. Byram, a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Sable, have resigned from their present positions with ST Systems and Sable.
Mr. Byram has accepted a consulting assignment in a key strategic area, addressing the Company's eCommerce initiatives.
Mr. J. Douglas Bailey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ST Systems, speaking on behalf of the Board, said, "Mr. Whiteside and Mr. Byram have made significant contributions to the success of the Company. We look forward to Mr. Byram's further contributions from his consulting assignment."
