IDTC does look underpriced. I haven't looked at it thoroughly, though. Sometimes stocks are held back by debt or a history of losses, and trade lower than a public subsidiary's value because of that. As I said, I haven't examined this, but those are always possible causes.

I jumped into Macromedia (MACR) on Friday after reading up on the $44 million venture capital infusion into their ShockWave subsidiary. As a person involved in website development (at least indirectly), I know how powerful Macromedia Flash and ShockWave could be.
