I am not sure about the private placement money, I would assume it is for future deals/transactions. I get a little nervous chatting on these lines, I feel like big brother is watching. My research tells me that this will settle in around the 13 to 14 range by the end of February. The summer should be interesting for BAS. I thought about selling at the recent 18 range but I believe this company has much to offer.

P.S. This site tends to be American based so Glen Abbey wouldn't ring a bell. Strange, I hear most tips on the course... Ended the year at a 10 cap, goal is for 7-8. Cheers.
