next post is the docket for the case, as of today.

I certainly don't like the idea of a court ordering any defendant of a civil case to make a public statement of any kind, based simply on a motion by a plaintiff, without a trial. I don't care who the defendant is, or whether they've done anything wrong or not, this just doesn't sound like the American way of justice.
