There were a number of Russian groups at SID this week.
Most seemed to be a little bit behind the power curve as represented by the various American and Japanese companies. But we know they are very smart and industrious, even though they tend not to be very flashy at conferences. I don't know to what extent SI Diamond Technologies (SIDT) is working with Russian groups.

I did speak today with John Delfeld, VP of Business Development for Northlight Displays, which is a subsidiary of Schmidt Industries (the SI in SIDT). He was not up on the details of SIDT's latest emissive displays. I will be checking with SIDT to see what they plan to produce and sell.
