Nice! I bailed at 10.05 due largely to advice from a subscription service I pay for, plus Roxio has a habit of retreating from big upspikes. I'm gradually buying back in at this very moment. Why settle for a 50% gain when there's a 100%+ to be had? :)

More good news today from college campuses about crackdown on student file sharing -- the colleges are a bit upset about the RIAA subpoenas. It looks like buymusic.com is the early leader on that front, but I still like Roxio in the long run.

I also don't see how Apple is going to make big bucks in the long term music download/burn business, without buying Roxio, although Jobs has certainly shown talent for bringing out a major technical advance in a huge potential market and then letting other companies make 97% of the money! If he had a lick of business sense, he'd buy ROXI for $15 a share.
