Hi Gerald. Nice to see another interested party. DOE did give the fuel approval back in September. However, it only got phase one approval which is for the fuel itself (ie. low emissions,non-petrolium,engine capability, endurance etc.)These are the most importants tests that it passed. Phase 2 , which is officially final approval will only be given when the DOE has verified that the company(PURE ENERGY CORP.) has the necessary resources (ie. management, capital, and distribution channels, etc.) necessary to bring the fuel to market. (THERE WAS A MENTION TO THIS LAST POINT IN THE AUDIO TAPE OF THE LAST CONFERENCE CALL. LISTEN TO IT CAREFULLY. AND TO LOU KNIC'S ANSWER).

So in answer to your question. NO, I see no delays to DOE approval because of change in management. The only delay now is from Phase 2 approval, which should be taken care of in the next 3 weeks, when they announce distribution agreements with major oil distributors.

Hope this helped
