It's more likely that Jill has a daughter.

Jane's eldest child is a boy, and there's a 50% chance that the youngest is a girl. With Jill, on the other hand, there are three equally likely outcomes: two boys, girl and older brother, girl and younger brother. That's a 67% chance that she has a daughter.

That's a whole lot easier than trying to figure out Pam's phone number! ;)
