No flames here.....the issue of doing trades on margin over a certain percentage of equity is in violation of SEC regs so far as I know. It happened to me on a non-margin account. The other fellow said it happened to him on a percentage many times over his equity. Anyone???? How serious is this???? (where's a damn lawyer when you need him/her/it?)<g>
