Lock up period is up. This could put near term pressure on the stock. As stated earlier - forward looking these deals with Yahoo and Shopping.com should really BEGIN to get some visibility for MCHX. I would have to guess that another acquisition in the Search Marketing Area would be a possiblity. There have been numerous acquisitions in this area over the last year. There are a few quality companies out there with good client bases. A further consolidation is likely. Think about it - A Search Marketing firm sees these deals that Marchex has with Yahoo, Shopping.com, Nextag, Mysimon, etc. They can see that they have a chance to open up more distribution for their client base. Joining MCHX becomes an obvious choice.
