They should be more concerned about the Justice Department, which can actually put them in jail. Then again, nobody goes to jail anymore. The good old days of Enron-style justice are long gone.

The management of GTAT was either in a serious state of denial or perpetuating a deliberate fraud. It will be interesting to see how this one unwinds.
