Dear Alex:

I seem to recall that 85% of the company shares are owned by insiders. They might be trying to doing a little self financing for a bigger play elsewhere. They are the major sharesholders and they seem to want to keep controle at the expense of any outside financing and quick road to riches. Hard to guess what's up but 85% owned by insiders makes for a different kind of company. Maedel's says that their geologist is the "best on the planet," in his area of expertise but no big stock moves since that glowing recommendation several months back when the stock was trading around $2.00. Anyone have any ideas as to what might going on with this company?
