Mike , re. Good deal for Ballard shareholders .
If Daimler Benz is willing to value Ballards shares at $35 , in contrast to what Sid believed i.e. Ballard's shares are considerably over valued, then it indicates to me there is real value even at $35 . Don't forget if you had 33% of GM or some large cap company that would have enormous value .
