To All: I read this morning thtat Sun Micro will be putting Gigabit Ethernet networking hardware in their servers, as optional equiptment. This will result in some very big sales as Sun supplys high end network servers to major companies. The hardware is being produced by Alteon Networks, and I noticed that Alteon is a member of the Gigabit Ethernet Alliance. Now, does anyone know if SEEQ sells gigabit ethernet chips to Alteon? No guesses, please...Hard info only. Thanks JEC
