Oh, no, I am in favor of this position. This is exactly the position that Bush pere took during Gulf War I, and I think it worked.

Not sure how the present administration would implement it, exactly, but I imagine that if Saddam used, say, poison gas on our troops, we'd be lob smallish nukes at Presidential "palaces" outside Baghdad.

If Saddam launched Scud missiles containing smallpox at Israel or Riyadh, we'd probably do something more drastic like lob smallish nukes at Presidential "palaces" inside Baghdad.
