Tom, please excuse my ignorance on this topic, however, I do have a question regarding your formula. If MALL will continue to own 80% of UBID, after the IPO, won't this drive up MALL even further than the $45-50 range. The fact that the # of shares offered is only 1.58 million, might just drive UBID in the $90-100 range on the opening.

If I am completely off base, please explain this to me. Thank you very much for your time!
