Victor: the 99 EPS mean estimate from IBES for CPQ is currently $1.135 which was the basis for the estimated 21.4X P/E which I calculated as of this morning. It is high indeed, but the 00 EPS mean estimate is $1.786 which gives an EPS growth rate of 57%. Based on these numbers the P/E to growth ratio is 0.4, quite compelling indeed.
