I think the SEC has done exactly what it said it would... nothing more, nothing less. They said they would halt the stock until such and such date and nothing else. That date passed and the halt is over. It is SEXI who has halted the stock at this point (BB trading). I would think that SEXI has the power to ask the SEC to halt the pink sheets as well??? I suspect the investigation is still going and we will here more about the fate of SEXI in the near future. Aloha
