I guess market does not think the ARII earnings were not that bad. Little growth but still profitable. Earnings yesterday w/ small sell off then price reversal and closed at/near high of the day. Today +0.24% even after RAIL's earnings.

It's hard to figure that these companies can not make more money from their order book. It's not like they have no business. I thought these would be much higher w/ the discussed infrastructure spending but that may have fizzled out.

I will have owned ARII almost one year as a Grahmn No. play and it is now fairly valued after GN has been falling (after +30% a year ago). I will evaluate position/sector and may just see this position as a source of funds and move on.
