Ramsey - Sure am glad you are back. We need an up market again. ;-) I hate to admit it but it almost looks like Cabi was right this time as indicated by subsequent press release. Are you talking about still pursueing this with SKT about the delay between Cabi's announcement and the press release or had you missed it?
