It is the post of the month. And, it's not just "recommending".
AOL float is over 70% owned by institutions. For many it and maybe Yahoo are the only 'Internet' stocks with enough float to buy for exposure to the 'Internet sector'.

So, if an institutional broker badmouths AOL, it pisses off the institutional broker's clients. They can't switch out of AOL into something else, as they can in other sectors.
