Brumar, > Good News, Libs! You’ve Made California The Most Miserable State In The USA

Most of those California cities are inland from the coast and/or in the Central California valley. It is well-known that state and federal representatives grossly neglect the needs of these areas, preferring instead to prop up urban and richer districts like the Bay Area, L.A., the OC, and San Diego.

It's quite sad, actually. These neglected parts are the breadbasket of California. Not to mention the blue collar areas where manufacturing could have thrived if it weren't for CA's hostile business climate.

By the way, Salinas, CA is on that list of 20 most miserable cities in America. This happens to be the hometown of John Steinbeck, author of The Grapes of Wrath and other "must read" books of modern-day liberals and socialists. Ironically, the book is one of the classic advocates of unionized labor, yet unions are one of the reasons why CA is in decline.
