I have no idea what msft will do tomorrow, unlike many experts here. I know they have the best business in the world now, run by driven, paranoid individuals who have harnessed the negativity thrown at them by competitors and the government, and used this energy as fuel to drive them onwards in what they see as the ultimate fight for survival. They cannot lose,and they will not stop, the referee will have to call a tko to stop the bloodshed.
