Since it is an innate thing that I am not even able to detect unless you want me to, what possible restriction would keep you from judging my behavior. It is your right because it "just is," an element of being human. That makes it my option, but not my right. it is also my option to murder you, but it's not my right. Just because I have the inate ability to do something doesn't make it my right to do it.
