This was the argument of both isolationist conservatives and anti-war liberals against the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

Kind of funny how the "neocon" predictions of spreading freedom across the Middle East is actually coming to fruition.

Think that would have happened without Bush's grand adventures into Iraq and Afghanistan? One could argue that, just like one could argue that the Soviet Union would have collapsed without Reagan.

Either way, it's good to see history on the side of freedom and human rights. No thanks to those who thought Iraq was a "paradise with milk and honey" before Team America showed up ... LOL
