This would be good to confirm. If that's the case, they probably won't find many more votes for either side.

I'm starting to think Bush might win even if there is a total manual recount. The news that the 'test precincts' were extremely weighted towards Gore is encouraging. I knew they were Gore territory, but I had no idea it was a 20 - 1 ratio in some of he precincts.

1200 votes for Gore and 60 for Bush in some of the precincts tested (approximations). No wonder Gore picked up 19 votes.
