holmes, this is solely the sec's fault, imo. who knows, though. walther could be saying one thing (oh please don't trade) and doing another (alright leo, dump those shares, dump those shares...).

even so, the sec has authority to stop trading. a company DOES NOT. the bureaucratic bunghokes in the sec don't give a SH*T.

IF walther thinks this company can become viable (and he doesn't have an incentive to railroad it), you can bet your bottom dollar HE DOES NOT WANT TRADING OF ANY KIND. why? EVERY SHARE SOLD AT A LOSS IS A POTENTIAL LAWSUIT THAT HE AND HIS COMPANY, CIA OR NO CIA, HAS NO F*CKIN' CHANCE TO WIN... jmo, mind you, and i know nothing...
