Lazarus, people have been making lists forever of (1) prominent believers and (2) prominent atheists. All they ever prove is that each list contains the names of some of the greatest intellects of their time. The issue of whether there is a God or not has divided the best minds of humankind into two roughly equal camps since time immemorial, and probably will always do so.

(Believers often think that that very fact of exquisite mystery and contradiction is part of the purpose of our existence).
