Exactly my point. And the resource is in Canada. To produce it we need the partnership of American capital and our entreprenurial brethren north of the border in Alberta, etc. to build greater North American energy security.

And I'm optimistic to see strong progress in that direction in spite of the bureaucratic burden the private sector in each country has to shoulder.
