As they have reacted in the past. With a few dumbshows of compliance, but no slowdown in bomb development, and increasingly open contempt.

As for empty threats, what empty threats? With their nuclear facilities destroyed, what is there to threaten?

Destroyed? Iran's nuclear facilities are not destroyed now, who is going to destroy them? President Kerry would never give that order.
