Freddie said that the Acc/Dist ratio on HVAR went down because insiders, professional investors, and brokers...sold shares. That is totally incorrect! The reason why HVAR's Acc/Dist ratio went down, was because of the price decline...and high volume. It explains what the Acc/Dist ratio is, at... equis.com As far as the amount of shares outstanding...I will call up Steve, Ira, and Jean in the morning,, and will have everything cleared up. Jon
