Actually AOL's "win" was qualified. It was limited to the vast universe of online services and the editors found CompuServe a good alternative, noting they had not yet tested CSi's new software, CSi 3.0. Furthermore, SpryNet was the "Editor's Choice" for ISP's. Regards Addendum - CNET's survey finds AOL among the worst in its ratings of ISP's.
