I've held Raptor for a long time and it has continued to disappoint as they have lost the big deals to Checkpoint. There was a time when Raptor was by far the technical leader, but then Checkpoint came in and did deals with Sun and Bay while Raptor drifted. Having HP and Compaq should have been a powerful alliance, but some how they've just missed the mark.

I am hoping that Axent management can bring something to Raptor that will help them capitalize on their technical capability.

Regards,

Mark
