Paramount Gold & Silver (PZG, PZG.TO) -- they just put out the 43-101, a cool 100 million oz. Ag-equivalent (96% inferred)! So you can buy this company for a buck an inferred Ag ounce right now, an incredible bargain IMO.

In spite of the tremendous drill results they have put out since 4/30, they decided to keep the data cut-off date at 4/30 so as not to further delay the issuance of the 43-101. I suppose they didn't have much choice in this regard since they needed that report for the next equity raise and they are very close to going broke at this point. They announced the other day that they deferred the closing date of their investment into their neighbor Mexoro Minerals until late July, so this now gives them plenty of time to do a quick little PP on this blockbuster news. I believe they are just trying to get something like $5-7 M now, enough to tide them over until the fall, and then do a larger raise then (if they haven't been taken out by that point!).

This 43-101 is much more robust than the first one done several years ago, this is done by a reputable, known firm (ACA Howe Int'l), and is based on 176 drill holes and a whole mess of trenching. See a list of ACA Howe clients at acahowe.co.uk .

PZG management is over in Europe hyping this report as we speak, it will be interesting to see where the stock goes over the next few days. The stock is very thinly traded so it won't take a helluva lotta buying to move up the price.

I'm told that they finally have some independent analyst coverage lined up, and the first report should be coming out any week now, now that the 43-101 is out.
