Yup. No matter which group we prop up into power we are screwed. Shiite majority? Nope they are allies with Iran. Sunni minority? Nope they are Saddam's people Kurds? Nope even smaller minority hates the Sunni's We can't allow real elections so we will never really have the support of the overwhelming majority. So it follows we must rig any elections or put the elections off forever. One of which will happen. Of course since whoever wins such rigged elections will not have the support of the Iraqis we will have to defend them. So soldiers from the US will die indefinitely. The only alternative is... Shudder... conservation and ultimately energy independence. Too much for Bush supporters to hack. Even Kerry can't bring himself to say anything bad about the all important SUV.
