Not quite officially over, RSI has dropped from 68.7 to 50.6 in 2days(yikes), but 10mda still above 20mda. i agree with aj we declare this as a collapse of duration if we go below 50. But these program buying/shortcovering artificial moves still have me on a modest watch.
