Why don't I ever get good looking repair men? I had a very nice chimney sweep over. And he was obviously very honest because he pointed out a crack at the back of the firebox and said "but your husband will be able to fix it for almost nothing." He also told me our fireplace was in very good helth. And he had a coupon. However, he was a small, rather heavy gentleman who did not look like any movie star, not even Jason Alexander, who, as some of you may know, I find very attractive. He did have pants that were a little shy of material in the rear, which I believe is a commom repairman condition. He was also covered in soot, I suppose that is to be expected.
