The Swift Boats routinely strafed villages along the river and in free fire zones

Are you claiming that they just randomly strafed villages for the hell of it, or that they attacked the enemy even if they where in a village?

You say you know about Operation Phoenix? But you have no comment on it's objectives and actions.

Its objectives where a good idea. Its methods sometimes where not.

No atrocities here??

I didn't say that there where no atrocities committed as part of Operation Phoenix. I said that atrocities and war crimes were committed by Americans in Vietnam but they where not common, accepted and systematic.

How about cutting off the ears of dead VC...atrocity???

Not much of one. I generally don't like the idea of doing things like that but I wouldn't throw around terms like atrocity or war crime at such activities.

When I told you to google it, I had already done it several times.....you apparently are reluctant to read anything that may conflict you....typical of the devout.

I've already read about it. You seem reluctant to make the argument yourself. "Google it and you'll see" is not an argument. There is nothing to accept or refute. I could google the issue and come up with any number of facts or opinions. The opinions would be all over the political spectrum. So if I find a link that disagrees with you that proves you are wrong? Of course not. Similarly if I find a link that agrees with you it doesn't mean your right. Make your case, or don't if you really don't want to, but don't pretend that "google it" is an argument.
