The gold stock I mentioned in my last post was Homestake. In July 1929 it was $90. In October 1929 it went down to $70 and then move relatively sideways in 1930. After that it took off through 1935. It was a producing gold mine and not a Junior explorer.It also benefited from Roosevelt's devaluation of the Dollar.

Not sure what conclusions I would draw for todays environment except we are in much deeper Kimchee and after the blow off I will be joining you in buying RE.

I also wonder how the natives are going to react with no more government hand outs including Social Suck? Have you considered RE in Italy, Croatia, Panama or Costa Rica? I can see you in a vineyard in your green or blue sweat shirt giving orders from your horse! I used to wear the Yellow Jersey but I was only landing Wop Wops. Still 200 landings and take offs is nothing to sneeze at consider the large missile launcher so close to a heaving deck.
