.... someone put that envelope in with the CFS mail .... the CFS section put a "no forward on file" sticker on the envelope and sent it back to your brother's route where the carrier has to verify that the envelope should be "killed" ....

And to think that all of that, plus the return to me, was accomplished in only eleven days .... :)
