bgtit, Per your post: "I have requested that the company look into a 15(g)9 filing. if I recall correctly, this is a filing that will lift the designated security status of the stock, thus brokers are now exempt from the Penny Stock Cold Call Rule of 1990."

I have never heard of this filing, but is sounds good. Does a company have to meet certain requirements to qualify for this filing?

On the issue of not posting "leaks of information on the BB", I agree. We are all hungry for information about how the company is doing, but I don't think it helps to discuss certain possible future events(such as Locus) that are at any rate just based on partial information. I have heard that some of the exchanges watch what is said on BB's like this to see if inside information is being discussed. While I don't believe that Joe Murphy or the company give out this type of information, it's quite possible I think when discussing future events that in the translation it could sometimes appear that way and this could hurt us, so why go there? We have tons of good things to discuss about DCI that have already happened, the Edge deal as bgtit mentioned is a great place to start as there is a lot we don't yet know about this new division. Just my thoughts...

James
