Its amazing that Americans are sitting in a ferry in a Libyan harbor waiting for Qadaffy to tell the State Department Americans are allowed to leave the country .... while Russia, China, Britain, heck everyone else, has chartered planes and ships and have or are getting their people out.

I can only assume liberals think this is smart, non-arrogant diplomacy.
