No hard evidence at all, except for the fact that I believe the Dep't of Commerce acted in Q's behalf in Japan and China, and think that it will also act in its behalf in Europe. Moreover, Dr. J. has very well placed friends so I have no doubt that he will use every resource available to him in this game of ultimate hardball.

The possible involvment of the US government in the fray might also be a reason for the European nervousness to which microe alluded earlier today.
