Barbara, I never said or suggested that you were deceptive, I only said that I would be.. I also want desperately to add to the
board of directors (there are currently 2 outsiders on it, and they were handpicked
by Don .. have insignificant shareholdings and do not represent the shareholders'
interests as I believe Don has a free hand) with stockholders......As he should have, it is his company he will pick the board members he will control the board and run the company, there is nothing unusual or different about that it happens in every small and medium-sized company on the planet.My Suggestion to have an outside member preferably a banker,whether he or she holds a share of stock or not is immaterial to me. IM looking for someone who understands and knows how to use money, who has connections within the investment community, and who know and understands the legal responsibility of Being on the board of directors of a publicly owned company. Not Some shareholder that doesn't know a opened end from a closed-end lease.a line of credit from a letter credit, ect ect........ Very difficult to put the past completely behind us. But it is in the past ...

"investment"..........Barbara, if I have bad or good feelings about an company has not one thing to do with my comments or for that matter my investments,I make money on good companies and bad Company's and I lose money and some also. I also know a staged event when I hear one, after hearing one I try to make appropriate changes, if you look at a number of the questions you will see that I am the one who brought them up.in closing thank you for your advice but I think I'll stick around and continue to upgrade the threads education. I know it's hard to hear what one doesn't wish to hear but that is likely the reason the good Lord gave us two ears and one mouth.still 91 and sunny in South Florida. |
