I remember busting a thermometer once as a kid. I wanted to see the temperature rise by heating the bottom and was surprised the top actually burst. Course I had no idea mercury is harmful at the time. Now that I do, I don't want to expose my grandkids to it needlessly .... and you angrily attack me for that desire. I think you should examine why you have such animus for children.
