No, I don't know where the HEB suit stands, but the discovery process will hopefully show the trails from Asensio lead to Dow Jones, Milberg Weiss, and others who have worked together on other smear campaigns for profit. I'm particularly interested in the Milberg, Weiss connection. Someone there is making BIG bucks by filing bogus lawsuits against companies. I'm sure the short selling cartel knows in advance when Milberg, Weiss is ready to announce their lawsuits. Would this be "insider" information? Anyone know why the trading volume spiked up so much yesterday? Price seems to be perking up somewhat as well. David
